Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 4, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern access to PrintStudioinc.com and the services offered by PrintStudio, Inc. ("PrintStudio"). By engaging PrintStudio for services, you agree to the applicable proposal, order, statement of work, subscription terms, and these Terms, as applicable.
Our Services
PrintStudio provides creative, design, print, signage, photography, restaurant marketing, and restaurant technology services. Technology services may include configuration, implementation, management, support, or integration of third-party platforms for online ordering, CRM, loyalty, communications, analytics, delivery, payments, websites, mobile applications, and related restaurant functions.
Third-Party Technology
Certain services rely on third-party platforms and providers, which may include Restolabs, Checkmate, HighLevel/LeadConnector, payment processors, delivery providers, POS providers, and other technology partners. Availability, features, compatibility, pricing, policies, and uptime of third-party services may change and may be subject to separate agreements or terms. PrintStudio is not responsible for a third party's independent acts, outages, policy changes, or services outside PrintStudio's reasonable control.
POS Systems and POS Hardware
PrintStudio does not sell, provide, license, manufacture, maintain, or operate the restaurant's point-of-sale (POS) system or related POS hardware, including terminals, printers, tablets, cash drawers, or similar equipment. The restaurant is responsible for selecting, maintaining, licensing, and supporting its POS system and its relationship with its POS provider.
Where available, PrintStudio may facilitate or configure an integration between supported third-party technology services and the restaurant's existing POS system. A reference to "POS integration" means integration capability only and does not mean that PrintStudio provides the POS service. Integration functionality depends on compatibility, APIs, credentials, permissions, connectivity, and continued support made available by the applicable third parties.
Restaurant Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business, menu, pricing, tax, location, fulfillment, and account information; maintaining authorized accounts with third-party providers; protecting credentials; reviewing configurations before launch; complying with laws applicable to their restaurant; and obtaining required permissions and customer consents for marketing, email, SMS, loyalty, and other communications.
Orders, Payments, Delivery, and Fulfillment
Restaurant orders are fulfilled by the applicable restaurant, not PrintStudio. Payment processing may be performed by independent payment processors or gateways, and delivery may be performed by the restaurant or independent delivery providers. PrintStudio does not guarantee acceptance, preparation, fulfillment, delivery times, payment authorization, or performance of independent providers.
Fees and Billing
Fees, billing cycles, setup charges, subscriptions, usage charges, optional services, and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable PrintStudio proposal, order form, invoice, or service agreement. Third-party fees may apply separately where disclosed.
Messaging and Marketing Compliance
Clients using email, SMS, CRM, advertising, loyalty, or automated marketing services are responsible for ensuring that their lists, campaigns, offers, and communications comply with applicable laws and platform requirements and that required consent has been obtained. Additional terms apply under our SMS & Messaging Terms.
Intellectual Property
PrintStudio and its licensors retain rights in their respective software, systems, methods, trademarks, templates, and pre-existing materials. Ownership and permitted use of custom creative deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement. Third-party software and content remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.
Acceptable Use
You may not use PrintStudio services to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, send unlawful or unauthorized communications, distribute malicious code, interfere with services, obtain unauthorized access, or misuse third-party platforms.
Service Availability
We work to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Technology services can depend on internet connectivity, hosting, APIs, POS providers, payment gateways, messaging carriers, delivery networks, and other systems outside PrintStudio's control.
Disclaimer and Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided subject to the applicable agreement and without guarantees regarding specific sales, revenue, search ranking, advertising performance, order volume, or business results. Liability limitations contained in a signed proposal, order, or service agreement will control where applicable.
Privacy
Use of personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy. Clients using PrintStudio technology to collect customer information should maintain their own appropriate customer-facing privacy notices and terms where required.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, technology, providers, or legal requirements. Material contractual obligations already established in a separate signed agreement remain governed by that agreement.
