Last updated: September 4, 2026
PrintStudio, Inc. ("PrintStudio," "we," "us," or "our") provides design, marketing, printing, signage, photography, and restaurant technology services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through PrintStudioinc.com, our forms and communications, and services we provide to restaurant clients.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business or restaurant name, email address, telephone number, mailing or business address, project details, service preferences, account information, and communications with us. When restaurant technology services are used, information may also include order, customer, loyalty, reservation-related, campaign, CRM, and operational data made available through the applicable service or integration.
We may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP, and information collected through cookies, pixels, analytics, and similar technologies.
How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and support our services; respond to inquiries; manage client relationships; configure and support restaurant technology integrations; process service requests; improve our website and services; provide analytics; conduct marketing and advertising; manage CRM, email, SMS, loyalty, and customer-retention programs where authorized; prevent misuse; and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
Restaurant Client and Customer Data
When PrintStudio provides technology or marketing services for a restaurant, we may process information on behalf of that restaurant. The restaurant may determine why and how its customer information is collected and used, while PrintStudio and its technology providers may process that information as necessary to deliver contracted services. Restaurant clients are responsible for providing their customers with appropriate notices and obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
Technology and Service Providers
PrintStudio uses third-party technology and service providers to deliver certain restaurant marketing, online ordering, communications, CRM, loyalty, analytics, payment integration, delivery integration, POS integration, and related services. Depending on the services selected, these providers may include Restolabs, Checkmate, HighLevel/LeadConnector, payment processors, delivery providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, and other integration partners. Their processing may also be governed by their own privacy notices and contractual terms.
POS Systems and Integrations
PrintStudio does not provide or operate point-of-sale (POS) systems or POS hardware such as terminals, printers, tablets, cash drawers, or similar equipment. Where supported, PrintStudio may facilitate integrations between third-party restaurant technology services and the POS system selected, licensed, and maintained by the restaurant. Information exchanged through a POS integration may also be processed by the restaurant's POS provider under that provider's terms and privacy practices.
Payments
Payment transactions associated with restaurant ordering or other third-party services may be processed by independent payment processors or payment gateways. PrintStudio does not represent itself as the restaurant's payment processor. Payment-card information may be handled directly by the applicable payment provider according to its terms and privacy practices.
Email and SMS Communications
Where you provide appropriate consent, PrintStudio or a restaurant client may use contact information to send marketing or informational communications by email or text message. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing PrintStudio services. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. See our SMS & Messaging Terms for additional information.
Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, preferences, analytics, performance measurement, and advertising or marketing where applicable. See our Cookie Policy for additional information and available choices.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers and integration partners that assist us in delivering services; to a restaurant client when we process information on its behalf; in connection with a business transaction; when required by law or legal process; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, users, or our services. We do not disclose mobile opt-in data or SMS consent to third parties for their own unrelated marketing purposes.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including contractual, operational, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other controls over certain personal information. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe mechanism provided and opt out of marketing SMS by replying STOP. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
