SMS & Messaging Terms
Last updated: September 4, 2026
These SMS & Messaging Terms describe text-message communications sent by or on behalf of PrintStudio, Inc. and, where applicable, messaging programs that PrintStudio helps restaurant clients configure or manage using third-party communications technology.
Consent
When you affirmatively opt in to a PrintStudio marketing text-message program, you authorize PrintStudio and its service providers to send recurring automated or non-automated marketing and informational text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing PrintStudio services.
Restaurant clients using PrintStudio-supported messaging tools are responsible for obtaining and documenting the consent required for their own customer messaging programs and for ensuring that the content and recipients of their campaigns comply with applicable requirements.
Types of Messages
Depending on the program and your consent, messages may include service information, appointment or account communications, promotional offers, restaurant updates, loyalty communications, event information, or other marketing messages disclosed when you opt in.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies by program and interaction. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt Out
You may opt out of a marketing SMS program at any time by replying STOP to a message from that program. After an opt-out request, you may receive a confirmation message. You will not receive further marketing messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again, subject to communications that may otherwise be legally permitted or necessary for a requested service.
Help
Reply HELP for assistance where supported, or contact PrintStudio using the contact information published on PrintStudioinc.com.
Technology Providers
PrintStudio may use third-party communications, CRM, automation, and carrier services to deliver or support messaging. Depending on the service, this may include HighLevel/LeadConnector and telecommunications providers. These providers may process phone numbers, message content, delivery information, consent records, and related technical data as necessary to provide messaging services.
Mobile Information and Privacy
We do not sell or disclose mobile opt-in information, phone numbers collected for SMS consent, or SMS consent records to third parties for their own unrelated marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers and subcontractors as necessary to support the messaging program, subject to applicable agreements and law. For additional information about how personal information is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
Your Responsibilities
You represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, you should opt out or notify the applicable sender. Do not use messaging services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized communications.
Program Changes or Termination
PrintStudio or the applicable restaurant client may modify, suspend, or discontinue a messaging program. Messaging availability may depend on carriers, third-party platforms, registration requirements, and other systems outside PrintStudio's control.
Contact
Questions about a PrintStudio messaging program may be submitted to PrintStudio, Inc. through the contact information published on PrintStudioinc.com. Questions about a restaurant's customer messaging program should also be directed to the restaurant identified as the sender.
